Janitor / Cleaner** **Responsibilities:** ✔ Perform daily cleaning tasks (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms, cleaning windows, etc.). ✔ Handle deep cleaning and floor care (stripping, waxing, carpet extraction, buffing). ✔ Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs. ✔ Follow safety protocols and ensure a spotless, hygienic environment. **Ideal Candidate:** - Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. - Experience in commercial cleaning preferred. - Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours. #### **2. Handyman / Maintenance Technician** **Responsibilities:** ✔ Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc.). ✔ Conduct routine building maintenance and troubleshooting. ✔ Assist with light construction, furniture assembly, and equipment upkeep. ✔ Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. **Ideal Candidate:** - Skilled in multiple trades with problem-solving ability. - Basic tools and reliable transportation required. - Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious. #### **3.
