Needing someone any of these days Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays Equestrian Facility looking for experienced, responsible individual with horse knowledge. Must have hands on experience with horses. Please do not waste our time, i will test your experience. Duties will include feeding, Mucking stalls and pasture. Must be able to lift at least 60 pounds. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Starting pay is 50$ per 2 to 2.5 hours shift. Shifts start at 730 am or earlier. Being on time is important. Must have reliable transportation.

Conduct regular inspections of common area systems. Exterior Maintenance Maintain the exterior of the property and pool areas. Communication and Reporting Communicate with vendors and contractors. Report inventory needs and potential liabilities. Compliance and Safety Ensure compliance with Fairfield policies and procedures. Respond to on-call emergencies and assist with resident notices.
