Bicycle Mechanic / Apprentice – Learn High-Level Skills Beyond the Shop We’re looking for a motivated Bicycle Mechanic to join our team in an apprentice-style role. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves bikes, knows their way around Shimano and SRAM components and wants to grow into much more than just turning wrenches. What You’ll Do • Perform general bike maintenance and repairs • Work with both Shimano and SRAM drivetrains, mechanical & electronic • Support customers with tune-ups, adjustments, and troubleshooting • Grow your expertise in both technical and professional development What We’re Looking For • Basic to intermediate bike repair knowledge (shifting, brakes, wheels, adjustments) • Familiarity with modern components and technology (Shimano Di2, SRAM eTap, etc.) • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to doing things right the first time • Willingness to learn, listen, and go the extra mile for both the bikes and the riders • A positive, can-do attitude – no task too small, no problem too big Why This Role is Different This isn’t just about fixing bikes.
