The position is responsible for loading, operating and maintaining grinders, excavators, front end loaders, attachments. This person will be responsible for coordination and operation of on and off site grinding activities. This position will be responsible for assisting in medium to heavy duty maintenance of all TLB equipment and other equipment operator yard activities, to support normal operations. Manufacturing process and techniques will be trained / learned on the job. This position plays a key role in all operational and maintenance processes at business and onsite operations. The role, performs the following functions/duties (not an all-inclusive list); • Operate and Maintain Equipment: front end loader, skid steer, excavator, grinders, attachments, trailers, trucks and all handling equipment.
