Job title(s): Crew Worker & Crew Leader Grass Masters Lawn Management in Conyers currently has a crew leader and crew worker position available. We are looking for people with experience and motivation. Experience will dictate hourly pay rate with possible bonuses. Must have experience with commercial equipment. MUST HAVE OWN RIDE OR DRIVERS LICENSE. Hours: 32-40+ hours a week. You will get most Friday’s off. You are able to sharpen blades or do extra work for extra hours on Friday’s if requested and the work is available. Pay can range between $16-$18/hr and possibly more for the crew leader position once experience, work ethic and reliability is established. Job description includes but not limited to: -Drive Iszuzu cab over -Learn and keep up with daily routes. -Communicate with customers on owners behalf when they are not present. -Mow lawn using a commercial riding lawnmower. -Trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls. -Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes. -Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth. -Blow driveways and walkways of debris. -Trim shrubs and pull weeds. -Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping. -Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed. -Water plants and grass as needed and apply fertilizer.
