Apartment/ Groundskeeper/Labor Mon-Fri 8-5pm We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of both the inner and outer areas of our property. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards identifying cleaning needs. Key Responsibilities: General Cleaning Duties: Clean and dust various surfaces within the property, ensuring all areas are free from dirt and debris. Perform deep cleaning, including moving furniture to clean behind and underneath. Dust and remove spider webs from corners, ceilings, and fixtures. Detail-Oriented Maintenance: Identify areas that require cleaning or additional attention without direct supervision. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are in good condition and report any shortages or damages. Outdoor Cleaning Tasks: Power wash external surfaces, including walkways, patios, and siding. Sweep, clean, and maintain outdoor areas to ensure a tidy appearance.
