We manage multiple complexes in South Salem and surrounding area and are looking for an apartment maintenance person, with basic maintenance skills. Local property management company is looking for a maintenance person to join our team. Pool experience helpful but not required Must have experience with light plumbing, carpentry and electrical repair. This is a full time position, work shift Monday-Friday 8:00 am To 4:30 pm hourly wage starts at TBD /hr Benefits include Health Insurance, Vision, Dental Insurance, paid vacation, paid holiday, sick pay, and employer contribution to a simple IRA.
