The Parts & Equipment Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the parts inventory, procurement, and equipment fleet maintenance operations to ensure efficient equipment performance and minimal downtime. This role manages maintenance schedules, supervises mechanic shop staff, and ensures the availability of necessary parts and supplies. The manager also works closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to optimize costs, improve processes, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Will perform production duties in a safe and timely manner by operating various tools and equipment to complete the different job functions from a predetermined schedule.
