Qualifications: + Landscaping experience is strongly preferred. + Current drivers license is required. + Ability to follow instructions, lift, carry, push-pull 50lbs, work long hours on feet, and work in inclement weather. + Willingness to learn proper operation and maintenance of small machinery and hand tools, awareness of safety methods and PPE required for operation. + Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English. + Comfortable using mobile apps and radio communication for reporting and tracking. + Demonstrated leadership skills. Schedule: Full-time availability with the possibility for year-round work. Typical work week is Monday thru Thursday, 10 hours per day on average, with the option of Friday work as needed.
