$18-$22/Hr Quality Assurance Technician Position Available (Los Angeles, CA)

We are a food manufacturing company in Vernon, CA, looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll ensure our products meet quality and safety standards during the receipt and dispatch process. Key Responsibilities: • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to check quality, quantity, and accuracy. • Follow food safety protocols (SQF, HACCP). • Report quality issues and follow up to maintain product standards. • Keep accurate records of inspections and quality activities. • Help resolve customer complaints related to product quality. • Ensure accurate labeling and documentation for shipments. • Audit shipping and receiving processes for quality improvement. • Communicate with the Quality Assurance Manager and other departments on quality issues and improvements. Requirements: • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. • 3+ years of quality assurance experience, preferably in food manufacturing. • Knowledge of food safety regulations (SQF, HACCP). • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with quality assurance tools and software. • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
