In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all facilities are running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for all office locations. Manage service requests and ensure timely responses to maintenance issues. Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and expenditures. Assist with office improvement projects as needed. Pay: Starting $25 hourly Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or coordination roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of maintenance processes and safety regulations. Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed. Familiarity with scheduling software and maintenance management systems. Use of personal vehicle to pick up supplies and transferring them from building to building. Basic electrical knowledge and are able to perform light electrical and plumbing. The physical requirements of this position include: walking, standing, bending, reaching, utilizing contracting equipment and supplies; lift up to 35 lbs. This is not your average 9-to-5 but the perks add up proper even for part-timers. No employee is required to take out of town jobs but many of our crew members enjoy them. We will go anywhere a customer pays us to go.
