Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting / dismantling scaffolds. Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift. Familiar with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers, etc. Cannot be afraid of heights. Creative problem solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The HVAC/Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g., carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.). Performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned.
