Land Tech / Document Retrieval Specialist Needed - Casper Area This position involves traveling to the Natrona County Recorder's Office to locate and retrieve requested documents via microfiche using provided reception numbers. Once located, the technician is responsible for printing the requested documents and then scanning and saving the documents by reception number them into our internal server/document management system. The role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate and accessible land records for our group. Data entry can become a part of this position as well. Job Description: Visit the Natrona County Recorder's office to access microfilmed documents. First round of documents are those filed of record in about 10 different sections/parcels. Next tranche, another 10 parcels. If we work well together we will increase the pay $25 a day to $300. (starting pay can be higher with land tech experience). Focus on documents recorded between the years 1978 and 2001 within designated tracks of each section. Qualifications: Experience as a Land Tech or Land Man is helpful but not required. Ability to work independently and accurately.
