We support clients ages 12 and up and emphasize working with teens, neurodivergent coaching, and relationship dynamics through an affirming lens. Position Overview We are seeking a Part-Time Associate (AMFT, APCC, ACSW) or Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about working with neurodivergent teens, adults, couples, and families in both individual and relational contexts. Most sessions are conducted remotely, but the position requires the ability to work in-person at our Oakland office when needed, especially for teen clients who prefer in-person sessions. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time employment as your caseload builds. Key Responsibilities Provide individual therapy for teens and adults, with a strong focus on neurodivergent clients. Offer neurodivergent coaching and relationship support for individuals and couples. Conduct sessions both remotely and occasionally in-person at the Oakland office.
