YOUR DAY-TO-DAY As a Clinical Team Manager, you’ll be the backbone of a high-performing mobile dental team—consisting of a Dentist or Hygienist and a Dental Assistant—delivering care directly to patients in their homes or care facilities. Just like an office manager in a traditional practice, you’ll be responsible for seamless operations, top-tier patient experiences, and ensuring compliance, all while managing scheduling and stakeholder interactions.
