Responsibilities: Conduct tree assessments to determine health, vitality, and risk factors. Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal in accordance with industry standards and best practices. Identify and diagnose tree diseases and pests, and develop treatment plans. Provide recommendations for tree planting and selection based on site conditions and client preferences. Operate and maintain tree care equipment and tools. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective tree care operations. Communicate with clients to understand their tree care needs and provide appropriate solutions. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Requirements Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Arborist. Certification as an Arborist or similar credentials preferred. Deep knowledge of tree species, care practices, and diseases. Proficiency in tree climbing, pruning, and removal techniques. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, or related field.
