Essel is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Arborist to join our team. As an Arborist, you will be responsible for the assessment, care, and maintenance of trees on residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of tree care practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Conduct tree assessments to determine health, vitality, and risk factors. Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal in accordance with industry standards and best practices. Identify and diagnose tree diseases and pests, and develop treatment plans. Provide recommendations for tree planting and selection based on site conditions and client preferences. Operate and maintain tree care equipment and tools. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective tree care operations. Communicate with clients to understand their tree care needs and provide appropriate solutions. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Requirements Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Arborist. Certification as an Arborist or similar credentials preferred. Deep knowledge of tree species, care practices, and diseases. Proficiency in tree climbing, pruning, and removal techniques. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, or related field. Experience working with commercial and municipal clients. ISA Certified Arborist or ISA Tree Worker Climber Specialist certification. Benefits Industry Standard Benefits.

What are my responsibilities as a Wendover Porter? Responsibilities You will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, common areas, parking lot/garage, and other community buildings You will remove trash from office areas and community perimeter daily and from trash chutes to compactor daily or more You will assist in the preparation of make-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments prior to makeready You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner You will assist in the cleaning of available apartments and or models You will assist in the troubleshooting/repair of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems You will report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor You will assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, etc. You will assist with the overall organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops ***This job description is not an all-inclusive list of functions and tasks.
