We put a lot into training you and are looking for someone who's in it for a long-term home (our staff averages 5+ years). Training and Work: You will be employed as an employee (not an independent contractor) because we believe in long-term relationships. You can expect to make roughly ~60k+ year 1, ~70k+ year 2 and ~80k+ year 3, composed of hourly + commission + tips. About Electrolysis: Electrolysis is the only method approved by the FDA for permanent hair removal (laser can only claim permanent hair reduction) since it can do things laser cannot (treat white, blonde, red, and fuzz hair; achieve eyebrow shaping, and more). In other words, it’s the gold standard. And permanent hair removal has an important effect on people's lives – we do more than just cosmetic treatments: a significant portion of women who see us have PCOS with male hair distribution on their face, and our treatments literally change their lives, not to mention our assistance with transgender gender affirming surgery.
