Requirements: • Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist • Proven experience in lash extension application (classic, hybrid, and/or volume) • Excellent customer service skills and a client-focused mindset • Flexible availability, including weekends • Skilled in waxing, full body sugaring, and brow services • Professional, friendly, and polished appearance at all times • Ability to maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming environment • Comfortable creating daily photo/video content for marketing purposes • Independent, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to the growth of N1 Lash & Aesthetic’s What You’ll Do: 1. Provide high-quality lash, brow, and sugaring/waxing services 2. Deliver exceptional client experiences from start to finish 3. Assist with inventory and daily/monthly studio upkeep 4. Capture engaging photo and video content for social media 5. Pre-book clients to maintain consistent schedules 6. Work efficiently within designated service times 7. Collaborate with the team while also thriving independently 8.
