Overview Arc Strength and Performance is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our small and supportive fitness team as an independent contractor in our training gym. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics, capable of designing effective training programs tailored to individual client needs. You’ll play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training sessions, education, and motivation.
