The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play a critical role in shaping Bevi’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives, and driving data-informed decision-making. Reporting to the CFO, this role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic financial planning, providing insights that directly impact business decisions. Your Day to Day Lead the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic insights to drive growth and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain robust financial models and reports to analyze performance, forecast revenue and expenses, and identify key trends. Build and implement a data-driven financial planning framework to improve decision-making across the organization. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring timely delivery of insights to leadership. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, cost structures, and profitability, to optimize efficiency and margins. Provide strategic financial guidance on major business initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership to ensure alignment with company goals. Partner cross-functionally to improve operational performance and resource allocation, leveraging data-driven insights. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. 8-10 years of progressive FP&A experience, with 3-5 years in a senior FP&A or financial strategy role. Background in investment banking, private equity, equity research, or consulting is a plus. Strong financial modeling and data analysis expertise, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems. Knowledge of advanced financial planning tools and technologies. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking. Our Accounting team is growing, and we are looking to add a Property Accountant.  This role will require a high degree of collaboration both as a member of a Team and cross-functionally.  The Property Accountant will work closely with Lease Compliance, Construction, Development, Property Management, Finance, Leasing, Legal and Tenant Coordination.  Relationship building, coupled with a strong work ethic, will be key components to success. This role requires at least 2 days in office at our Chestnut Hill office. What You’ll Do The Property Accountant will be responsible for a portfolio of properties including a more complicated staffed property that will be reviewed by a Manager and this role will also issue less complicated properties monthly/quarterly without a Manager’s review. The Property Accountant will be responsible for the monthly preparation of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, variance analyses, property/tenant statistics and general ledger reconciliations. This position will also work on upper and lower tier entities within a structure and will take a first pass at REIT testing, where applicable. This position will also be responsible for preparing cash distribution worksheets that will determine if a distribution to the partners is warranted. This role will prepare annual budgets for properties and respond to any questions pertaining to year-end work with outside auditors. The Property Accountant will also work with Tenants and internal clients, responding to inquiries and questions regarding the assigned properties in the portfolio. Ability to maintain both GAAP and Tax reporting for complex properties. Ability to understand all components of tenant leases. Ability to successfully manage cash for complex properties. The Property Accountant will also be required to prepare Common Area Maintenance and Real Estate Tax tenant billings on a quarterly and/or monthly basis. He/She will also be responsible for Percentage Rent billings for properties and preparing tenant water billbacks on a quarter and/or semi-annual basis for assigned properties.
