The Information Technology (IT) Manager provides on-site and remote technical support to Head Start and Early Head Start program locations. This position is responsible for assisting staff with basic IT troubleshooting, including hardware and software support, email and account access, and connectivity issues. The IT Manager ensures that technology systems are operational and accessible, supporting the daily functions of early learning programs and administrative teams. This role helps maintain secure, efficient, and user-friendly technology services that align with Head Start performance standards and agency policies and procedures. Responsibilities Provide timely and technical support to staff across Head Start and Early Head Start sites, including troubleshooting hardware, software, printers and connectivity issues.
