We are seeking skilled Cable Technicians for a large-scale installation project. This role involves installing, terminating, and testing Cat6 Ethernet cabling, wireless access points, and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with structured cabling systems and be comfortable working overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Install, remove, and test Cat6 Ethernet cabling and wireless access points. • Pull, terminate, and label Cat6 lines according to project specifications. • Complete cable runs across large facilities (over 286,000 feet of cable). • Perform cable installation for approximately 586 feet of new runs. • Terminate and test 479 cable endpoints. • Ensure all terminations meet industry standards for quality and performance. • Work with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain safety standards. • Document installation work and provide updates to project supervisors. ⸻ Qualifications: • Previous experience as a Cable Technician or Installer (Cat6 and structured cabling). • Knowledge of cable pulling, termination, and testing methods. • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces if required. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ⸻ Contract Details: • Pay Rate: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour (DOE). • Schedule: 40 hours per week (overtime after 40 hours). • Shift: Overnight, 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM. • Duration: 9-month contract role. • Project Size: 286,000 feet of cable; 586 feet of installation; 479 termination points. • Start Date: 9/8/25 Beginning December, transitioning to a 24x7 facility. ⸻ Work Environment: • Large-scale convention center environment. • Overnight shifts with exposure to varying conditions indoors and on-site. • Collaborative team-based project with strict timelines.

As a private, nonprofit organization, EPIC has been providing early childhood educational services to children and families in Central Washington for over 45 years. The Information Technology (IT) Manager provides on-site and remote technical support to Head Start and Early Head Start program locations. This position is responsible for assisting staff with basic IT troubleshooting, including hardware and software support, email and account access, and connectivity issues. The IT Manager ensures that technology systems are operational and accessible, supporting the daily functions of early learning programs and administrative teams. This role helps maintain secure, efficient, and user-friendly technology services that align with Head Start performance standards and agency policies and procedures.
