Job description Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems across 5 buildings within walking distance of each other. - Perform field service calls to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment - Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance - Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns - Utilize welding skills to repair and fabricate components as needed - Use mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions - Drive a van to travel to different job sites Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Proficiency in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair techniques - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues - Experience with equipment repair and maintenance - Welding skills for component fabrication and repair - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record This position requires a skilled HVAC technician who can handle various responsibilities related to air conditioning, HVAC systems, field service, property maintenance, welding, and mechanical repairs. I’m looking for someone with experience working with Apple devices (iPhones and iPads) to help transfer photos and possibly other data (videos, contacts, etc.) from a few devices to either a hard drive or cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). Some devices may be older or have iCloud accounts. I need someone who knows how to safely and completely move data off these devices.
