COMPANY : We are a well established (20+ years) small General Contracting firm that focuses only on high-end residential construction (large scale remodels). SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Site Superintendent will oversee the construction project on a daily basis. They will assist with the supervision of all onsite work. This often includes, but not limited to demolition, intricate foundation replacements, excavations, layout of in-house trim carpentry team, supervise and coordinate with all trade labor and subcontractors, and interface with our company president, project manager, architect, engineers, local officials, and others. The Eames Institute is in search of a Facilities Technician to oversee the maintenance of our 15,000-square-foot (and growing) campus in Richmond, CA. Reporting to the Facilities Director, this role is responsible for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our staff, guests, and collections. The Facilities Technician will play a key role in maintaining the overall safety, security, cleanliness, and functionality of our campus, which currently operates out of two buildings and will soon expand into a third.
