Conduct assessments of installation sites to determine the best layout and design for solar systems. Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations. Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems as needed. Adhere to all safety practices and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report any issues to the supervision. Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients throughout the installation process. Requirements Previous experience as a solar installer or similar role in the construction field. Familiarity with solar PV systems and electrical components. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Basic electrical knowledge and understanding of safety practices. Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights. Willingness to travel to various job sites as assigned. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. High School Diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are advantageous.

The Wiring Technician will follow shop drawings to assemble and install devices onto control panels and run and terminate wires according to shop standards. Vehicles include: Box Truck, For lifts, Van, Pickup trucks, etc. · Assist with the maintenance work, cleaning and repairs for company vehicles and equipment of all types to ensure all are in working order. · Inspect material upon delivery to the warehouse to identify any damage. · Record and report the material amount or count received. · Operate material handling equipment such as hand jacks, wheeled carts and forklifts safely and as needed. · Lift, carry and move material and equipment as needed. · Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables. · Maintain and ensure the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and organized. · Work effectively to meet or exceed schedule goals while maintaining high quality standards. · Maintain clean driving record and abide by all transportation laws. · Be mindful of parking work vehicles when on job site and back at shop to avoid tickets and penalties. · Must be able to handle multiple tasks and to work independently. · Must be able to work early mornings · Be able to work nights and weekends when necessary. · Keep records/logs of vehicles and equipment. · Must be a team player both in the field, in the shop and in an office environment. · Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including but not limited to: excessive noise, extreme heat, extreme cold, wet environment, and humidity.
