Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of electricians on commercial and industrial new construction and remodeling projects. Oversee electrical installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting across various types of builds. Read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, and building codes to ensure accurate work. Ensure all work is completed safely, meeting OSHA regulations and company standards. Collaborate with superintendents, project managers and contractors to maintain project timelines. Inspect completed work for quality control and compliance with local electrical codes. Hands on approach and requirements to work with tool bags for electrical installations. Mentor and train apprentice and journeymen electricians to develop their skills and knowledge. Requirements Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an electrician, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Proven leadership ability with excellent communication skills. Experience with both new construction and remodel projects in the commercial and industrial sectors. Valid electrical license and certifications (where applicable). Self-starting highly motivated and used to work environments that move quickly Must demonstrate the highest standards of ethics and integrity Strong customer/people relationship skills Must have valid driver’s license and meet company standards for pre-employment background and drug screening Typical physical demands include frequent work on lifts, ladders, and possibly rooftops and other harder-to-access areas. Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or customers; manual dexterity required for frequent reaching, climbing and lifting of objects (typically up to 50 lbs.), and operating power tools. Install, maintain, and repair low-voltage systems, including cabling, routers, switches, access points, and other network equipment. 2. Pulling and fishing Ethernet cables to ensure proper installation and cable dressing for optimal performance. 3. Terminate Ethernet cables following industry standards for structured cabling systems. 4. Replace Enterprise network equipment such as access points and switches as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to network operations. 5. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Wi-Fi and ethernet connections using specialized testing equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of low-voltage systems with the overall network infrastructure. 7. Keep accurate records of work performed, equipment installed, and configuration changes made to facilitate tracking and maintenance. 8. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users in resolving network-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. 9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance expertise and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: 1.
