Original owner. This GEM E4 was initially purchased in San Diego, CA, and then was relocated when we moved back to the Northeast. It has been garaged ever since with only light use. The current installed batteries are OEM and have approximately 80% capacity. A full set of brand new higher-capacity batteries is being included with the car ( $1,400 value) This car has a speed modification in the gearbox, allowing for up to 35MPH. Original OEM gears are also available for those who wish to downgrade. The car is also fitted with the OEM cab heater. It works great as well. Local pick up only. No delivery available.
