At Riverside Insights, the E-Commerce Associate / Analyst plays a vital role in shaping the future of our digital commerce experience. This role supports the transition to our new headless commerce platform by leading analysis, QA, documentation, and vendor coordination. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of our ecommerce experience, helping us deliver a seamless and scalable solution that empowers educators and clinicians across the country.  In this role you will get to: Track and analyze eCommerce performance metrics (e.g., traffic, AOV, cart abandonment, revenue) to uncover insights that inform UX improvements, conversion rate optimization, and campaign strategies. Support the setup, execution, and reporting of A/B tests and performance experiments in collaboration with Product, Design, and Marketing teams. Conduct QA for eCommerce components, CMS pages, and site features to ensure consistency, functionality, and readiness ahead of key launches. Monitor ServiceHub tickets and stakeholder requests to identify recurring issues, resolve blockers, and document improvement opportunities across the eCommerce experience. Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to visualize funnel metrics, subscription renewal performance, campaign results, and communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders. Collaborate with Marketing, CX, and external vendors (e.g., HubSpot, GA4, CMS) to align on data requirements, escalate technical issues, and support subscription retention efforts. Maintain clear documentation of digital workflows, subscription processes, and operational playbooks to support platform migration and the successful launch of the new headless commerce experience.  Disclaimer  The above statements describe the general nature and level of the work performed by people assigned to this work. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, etc). 0–2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, retail analytics, data analysis or reporting roles. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret eCommerce funnel data (e.g., conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate) and extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and conversion optimization initiatives. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP), Google Analytics, and Tableau to support robust data visualization, structured reporting, and dashboard updates that clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar) and a demonstrated ability to QA and validate site flows, pages, and features pre-launch for accuracy and readiness. Critical thinker with strong attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across A/B testing, CX reporting, and subscription performance tracking. Effective cross-functional collaborator, comfortable synthesizing inputs from marketing, CX, and external vendors to support campaign measurement, customer journey insights, and competitive analysis. Proactive and organized, able to manage multiple data and reporting requests, maintain clear documentation, and meet project deadlines consistently. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-backed stories to stakeholders, clarify technical findings, and support decisions with confidence.
