RESPONSIBILITIES Creative Innovation: Explore and integrate new technologies to drive innovation and speculative tech solutions. Brainstorm concepts with the creative team. Analyze creative concepts, wireframes and prototypes and advise the team of any concerns and/or recommendations to contribute to project’s success. Lead efforts for ongoing improvement of development infrastructure and optimization of development processes. AI-Driven Design: Utilize AI tools and techniques to enhance user experiences, personalize content, and optimize design processes. Integrate AI functionalities seamlessly to deliver dynamic and responsive interactions. Prototype and Iteration: Create rapid prototypes and iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance metrics. Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in AI technologies, experimenting with new tools and techniques to push the boundaries of design innovation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with accounts, creative, and stakeholders to align design objectives with project goals, timelines, and constraints. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team. Articulate complex technologies and ideas in a clear and simple manner to influence both internal and external stakeholders, as necessary. Quality Assurance and Optimization: Conduct thorough QA testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and usability of AR and AI applications across multiple devices and platforms. Optimize designs for scalability, performance, and accessibility, considering diverse user demographics and technological capabilities. Requirements 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on AI technologies. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc. Strong understanding of AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Python, C#). Proven track record of delivering successful AI projects from concept to launch, with a portfolio showcasing innovative designs and user experiences. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Reporting to the Lead Technical Project Manager, this role will support the Operations Team and other internal stakeholders to investigate business challenges designing and delivering custom-built solutions that support operational success. You will develop tools to optimize workflows, integrate systems, and manage our data pipelines.
