POSITION IF FULL TIME, M-F 830-530 IN LA VERNE OFFICE **** ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Support Associate is responsible on assisting with the following day to day task/assignments, which includes but not limited to: • Incoming calls / outbound calls to and with our spanish speaking customers - Customer assistance/complaints • Account changes (DDA/DBA/Address/Phone/Legal changes) • TAX ID validation • Account Closures/ Notations • Chargeback/dispute notifications • Batch reports • Refund request • Paper order • Miscellaneous tasks and/or projects assigned
