Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, well-presented, and highly organized Concierge to be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering first-class service. We also ask for our team to be flexible and willing to come in at short notice to help out if needed and to be great when it comes to reliability and time keeping. Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. * Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and effectively. * Manage deliveries, parcels, and access control for the building. * Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams to ensure smooth daily operations. * Provide information about local services, amenities, and transport options. * Assist with booking reservations, arranging transportation, and other concierge services. * Maintain a neat and organized reception area. Requirements * Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a concierge role preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems. Both over the phone and email. • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize service repairs and requests, integrating occasional VIP cases requiring high prioritization. • Comfortability working in windows terminal / PowerShell for remote firmware updates • Proficiency with service management software and CRM tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments. • Product QC and testing for replacement parts for completed repairs. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in professional audio, recording studio equipment, or related fields. • Knowledge of electronic circuits, schematics, and test equipment. • Understanding of warranty and service logistics, including international service support.
