Sales Assistant - Customer Service (Doral)

A local graphics company is offering a full-time position. We are seeking a person responsible for our front desk, with proven skills in sales, closing deals, and customer service. We need a focused, outgoing, friendly, and responsible individual to join our team. You will also need to handle client calls and walk-ins and interact with clients. Duties include providing support to our managers, occasionally assisting with daily office needs, and managing some activities such as shipping (UPS and local couriers). JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Job permit for work in USA (Mandatory). • Have excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills (Mandatory). • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize works. • Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision. • Efficient, self-motivated, fast learner, especially about our products and materials. • Positive attitude, work ethic, punctual, reliable. • Strong customer service skills. Sales experience is a plus. • Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, management and coworkers as well. • Build relationships with customers to earn repeat business (while maintaining correct boundaries). DUTIES INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Answering incoming phone calls • Prospective cold calls • Data entry in CRM software • Processing incoming job orders • Evaluate customers concerns and resolve problems • Advice customers of product availability and pricing • Help our customers with their future purchases walk-ins and via online QUALIFICATIONS: • Fluent in English and Spanish. • Experience as an administrative assistant / sales/ customer service with advanced knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
