This is an hourly position starting from $20 per hour, depending on experience and background. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or live chat in a professional and timely manner Assist with order processing, tracking, and returns Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system Work closely with other departments (sales, logistics, warehouse) to resolve customer issues Handle complaints or product/service issues with empathy and efficiency Provide product information and support to customers as needed Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service Requirements: Prior customer service experience preferred Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Comfortable using computers, order systems, and email tools Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Must have good attendance and be dependable Bilingual skills are a plus but not required If you’re a positive, team-oriented person who enjoys helping others, we’d love to hear from you! New Prudential Driving School is looking for a female driving instructor. The job will require somebody who is patient and eager to teach people how to drive safely and according to the rules of the road. Instructors pick up students and give them driving lessons; in surrounding cities around the Pomona area. If you are already somebody who is doing Uber or Lyft, this may be a better option because you will know what cities you start and end in and you will not have to use your own car or gas money. No experience is necessary! We will train and get the applicant licensed with the DMV.
