Your Mission (should you choose to accept it): 🧾 Explain bills and procedures to customers by phone 📞 Answer the age-old question: “Why is my bill so high?” with kindness and clarity 💡 Work with customers to resolve billing issues — no superhero cape required, just patience and thinking quick on your feet! 💬 Collaborate with customer service and accounts like the billing rockstar you are 🧠 Spot billing anomalies faster than your favorite true crime podcaster You Might Be Our Ideal Candidate If You: Speak fluent “billing-ese” and can explain kilowatt hours like a pro Think a good day includes balancing a bill AND helping someone smile Can handle a little bit of math, a lot of empathy, and the occasional angry phone call like a master Have experience in billing, customer service, or any other jobs that involve being a responsible adult 3 Weeks Paid Training = We will train you how to do the job!
