We’re hiring! We are a local Tucson-based company looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Receptionist & Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This is a front-office role for someone who enjoys variety in their day and is skilled with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and general administrative work. You’ll play an important part in ensuring smooth customer experience and supporting daily operations. What You’ll Do: Reception & Office Support • Answer phones, take and relay messages, and screen calls • Greet walk-in customers and provide helpful service • Keep our Sales Order and Inventory boards updated • File shipping and stamping lists • Assist in planning monthly meetings and luncheons Customer Service & Follow-Up • Make thank you calls to customers to ensure satisfaction • Write and mail thank you cards to express our appreciation • Process credit applications and mail out past-due invoices Administrative Tech Tasks • Create shipping labels, track shipments, and troubleshoot any issues • Help with copier admin tasks • Help with phone admin tasks • Support our website by updating product images, descriptions, and homepage content • Assist with uploading new products or updates as needed What We’re Looking For: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Working knowledge of QuickBooks • Strong communication and organization skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • A professional, courteous, and helpful attitude • Reliable transportation for occasional errands We’re a small, supportive team that values good service, reliability, and a positive work environment.
