MONTCLAIR PHOTO (CUSTOMER SERVICE) / (FULL TIME) Montclair Photo is a full-service photo and digital lab that works closely with customers and professional photographers. We do film processing, printing, and photo archiving. Montclair Photo is a small business in Oakland, CA. As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to learn in a dynamic photofinishing environment. Customer Service Position available - NOW This is a position for full time. We are looking for… an outgoing person with great customer service skills. You will be greeting and assisting customers, transferring customer files, taking passport photos, filing orders, using our POS system, replying to emails, tidying up, etc. This job requires you to be on your feet for many hours of the day. The position involves working 5 days a week (including weekends). Store hours are: 9:30am-6pm, 7 days a week We are in the Montclair Village – In the Oakland / East Bay hills, just off Hwy 13. This position does not include working with camera equipment, printing, developing or processing film. This is a customer service position ONLY. Knowledge of photography is a plus but not required. Responsibilities: - Providing Product/Service Information: Educating customers about our products and services, including features, quality and pricing, to help them make informed purchasing and service decisions. - Maintaining Customer Records: Updating customer information in the POS accurately, documenting interactions and transactions, and ensuring confidentiality and security of customer data. - Collaborating with Team Members: Working collaboratively with the production crew to fulfill customer orders efficiently and improve overall service quality. - Adhering to Policies and Procedures: Following company procedures and guidelines for customer service interactions while assisting, taking, or cashing out orders.
