AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER/ ADVSER - Automotive Repair shop is looking for a Reliable and Experienced Service Writer. Must have 2 years of current auto shop experience with Excellent People Skills and have Knowledge of Automotive Repairs. Responsibilities: * Meet and Greet customers * Service Write customers * Answer Incoming phone calls * Explain and Sell needed repairs * Inventory Control; ordering, restocking and parts returns * Schedule Appointments from incoming phone calls and internet * Provide Excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicle * Explain to customers about services performed, price information and warranties * Communicate with parts suppliers and technicians
