As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both English and Navajo-speaking customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your language skills and assist our diverse customer base in a professional and friendly manner. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner. Assist customers with product and service-related questions or concerns. Navigate and utilize internal systems and databases. Resolve customer issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by building positive relationships. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve processes. Maintain thorough and accurate customer records. Requirements Fluency in both English and Navajo (spoken and written). Prior customer service experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs. Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
