Please ensure you are available during this time when applying! We are currently hiring a personable, detail-oriented individual for a Front Desk Concierge position. If you have previous background in customer service, front office, or hospitality, we’d love to meet you! SCHEDULE AVAILABLE FOR HIRE: Tues, Wed, Thurs 3pm-11pm Fri & Sat 11pm-7am What You’ll Do: -Greet and assist residents and guests with a warm, professional demeanor -Respond to resident inquiries, requests, and amenity concerns efficiently and kindly -Manage visitor check-ins, deliveries, and amenity reservations -Keep the front desk area neat, organized, and welcoming -Communicate with building management and staff to ensure smooth daily operations -Log activities, visitor interactions, and important updates with accuracy -Maintain awareness of building policies and basic safety procedures What We’re Looking For: -Prior experience in a front desk, office receptionist, customer service, or hospitality role -Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re the first impression of the building -Comfortable using email, basic software systems, and maintaining records -Professional appearance and a friendly, confident presence -Reliable, punctual, and MUST be available on weekends -Calm and collected in handling occasional resident concerns or unexpected situations Why You’ll Love Working with Us: -Competitive pay: $19–$21/hour -Supportive, team-oriented environment -Opportunities for professional growth and advancement -Make meaningful connections while helping others feel at home If you’re someone who thrives in a front-facing role and loves providing great service, we’d love to hear from you!
