looking for a dependable and detail-oriented person to help with bookkeeping, AR and AP , order entry, data entry, and customer service. What You'll Be Doing: • bookkeeping tasks (like entering expenses, reconciling bank statements, tracking invoices/payments) • Entering orders and updating customer records • Answering phones/emails and helping customers with customer service • General office/admin support as needed What We’re Looking For: • Experience with bookkeeping (software programs) • Strong data entry skills and good with details • Friendly and professional communication skills • Comfortable with email, Excel, and office tasks • Organized and reliable Part-time or full-time – depending on experience and availability.
