If you enjoy staying on top of tasks, being the go-to person for scheduling, and handling customer service with a professional touch — we want to hear from you! ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Dispatch Coordination • Create job projects based on client requests • Communicate with Blue Coast Management to coordinate schedules • Contact clients to schedule jobs, ensuring mutual convenience • Perform daily client check-ins to identify new job requests • Liaise with subcontractors to resolve scheduling issues and provide guidance • Collect and confirm job details: paint specs, material info, access, etc. • Oversee the scheduling platform(s) and ensure accuracy • Provide platform training to contractors and clients (e.g., Buildertrend, Connecteam) Reports & Documentation • Generate scheduling and client-related reports as needed • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities Administrative & Customer Service Support • Answer incoming calls promptly and direct inquiries appropriately • Monitor and respond to emails with professionalism and efficiency • Follow up with clients and provide status updates • Reach out to current and prospective clients to introduce our services • Help maintain a clean and organized office environment ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication – written and verbal • Tech-savvy; comfortable using scheduling platforms and learning new tools • A problem-solver who can handle multiple tasks and adjust to changes • Experience in customer service, scheduling, or dispatching is a plus • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative ________________________________________ Position Details • Job Type: Full-Time • Salary Range: $48,000 – $54,600/year (commensurate with experience) • Location: Deerfield Beach, FL • Start Date: ASAP ________________________________________ How to Apply Interested candidates, please send your resume and a short cover letter to invoices@bluecoastmultifamily.com.
