Job type: Full-time. Locations: 3131 Camino del Rio N, Ste 650, San Diego, CA 92108. Role Summary: We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join TEAM. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and plays a key part in shaping the overall client experience. It also functions as a central liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.   The Client Service Specialist is actively involved in onboarding new clients, accounts, and employees, while also managing a wide range of internal and external inquiries on a daily basis. Success in this position requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.   The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can operate independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. This individual contributor role reports directly to the Director of Client Operations.   What you will do: Serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships through effective communication and reliable support. Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring accurate, clear, and timely resolution by collaborating with internal teams. Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for client accounts and employees, coordinating closely with HR, Payroll, and other departments. Lead or support onboarding presentations for new clients and accounts, providing a clear overview of services and setting expectations for partnership. Set up payroll and employment terms for new TEAM employees in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. Guide clients through time card submission and process initial payrolls as needed. Configure payroll and account setup details, including contracts, account deposits, and customized client policies. Audit employee records and system updates to ensure accuracy and data integrity. Collaborate with internal teams, including the Director of Client Services, HR, and Payroll, to resolve service issues and escalate concerns as necessary. Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving internal operations, client services, or system efficiencies. Support other department or company initiatives as needed to achieve broader business goals. Requirements What we are looking for:   High school diploma or equivalent. Some college experience is preferred. Minimum of 3 years HR, customer service, sales, and/or administrative experience, preferably in a role exposed to Payroll and/or HR functions. Multi-state experience is a plus. Experience at a staffing company or PEO, a plus. Demonstrated ability to represent the company and department professionally in all interactions. Experience working with multiple levels of employees (front-line, management, executive management). Ability to quickly build trusted relationships, both internally and externally. Ability to think creatively to deploy flexible solutions Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment requiring strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task, and collaboration with multiple participants. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, with the ability to also see the big picture and evaluate situations from multiple angles. Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to convey critical information in a clear and concise manner. Handle confidential information with sensitivity. Possess proficient knowledge of MS office applications such as Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and Outlook. RMC is hiring a Library Technician to support our Navy customer in Indian Head, MD (Stump Neck).  The selected applicant will assist with a variety of general library tasks, such as database management, Ready Reference searches, cataloging, and bulk digitization.  Responsibilities include: Conducting catalog data entry and collection maintenance using SirsiDynix’s EOS or other comparable library information system. Completing and filing material control sheets and renewing items on request. Circulating documents into and out of the library using library database software. Performing queries using library database software, searching by title, call number, serial number, personal or corporate author, etc. Performing classification regrade actions on database records and physical documents. Digitizing books and other bound materials using dedicated book scanning equipment. Conversion of outdated/obsolete disk, audiovisual, and other media to more current or usable formats. Identifying documents to be scanned according to priorities established by the Library Director. Preparing documents for scanning by removing posts, staples, or other binding material. Processing and cataloging new documents. Performing vault collection maintenance tasks, as required (shelf shifting, bulk document destruction, etc.). Retrieving documents for library users, re-shelving documents, and searching for documents not in place. Monitoring personnel and activity in the library to ensure compliance with established information and physical security protocols. Verifying library user clearances as users enter the library. Requirements Must have an associate degree in Library Science, Information Systems, Management, or other relevant field, and at least two (2) years of recent experience performing tasks associated with the operation of a technical library, such as performing database searches and retrievals.
