Las Vegas Petroleum, a key player in the travel center industry, is looking for an energetic and dedicated Dunkin Overnight Baker to join our team at our Holstein, IA location. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality baked goods overnight to ensure our customers have a delicious selection each morning. If you have a passion for baking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you! Starting pay $16/hour. Key Responsibilities: Bake a variety of items, including donuts, muffins, and other pastries, following Dunkin recipes and quality standards. Ensure that all baked goods are prepared and presented attractively. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction. Assist with regular kitchen equipment maintenance to ensure proper functioning. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests. Requirements Previous baking or culinary experience, particularly in a bakery or restaurant setting, is preferred. Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients. Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain a consistent schedule. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality baked goods. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy baking equipment and ingredients.
