We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience & Sales Associate to join Celirra, a next-generation fine jewelry startup based in New York. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them through their jewelry journey with exceptional service and expertise. From virtual consultations to post-purchase support, you will ensure every interaction feels like a six-star concierge experience. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, jewelry/diamond knowledge, and thrives in a startup environment where no two days are the same. If you are passionate about fine jewelry, can speak the 4Cs fluently, and love blending customer care with luxury sales, this role is for you. Duties Conduct virtual consultations, showroom appointments, and Zoom demos, guiding clients through our custom jewelry process. Provide outstanding customer service through live chat, email, SMS, and phone. Assist clients with inquiries about products, orders, warranties, and resizing. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring data accuracy in Shopify. Conduct outbound follow-ups for customer satisfaction and post-purchase check-ins. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM. Manage packaging inventory, collateral, and return coordination to meet service SLAs. Collaborate with influencers and UGC creators to secure short-form content (TikTok/Instagram). Upload receipts and reconcile monthly expenses on time. Work closely with the founders to refine processes and elevate the overall client journey. Skills & Qualifications 2+ years selling high-ticket luxury goods or bridal jewelry; must be confident discussing the 4Cs. Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Previous customer support or sales experience in luxury retail or bridal is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple priorities (consults, content, and customer care) without losing focus. Excellent typing and digital communication skills. Familiarity with social media and short-form content is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through; thrives on metrics and accountability. Based in New York City.
