Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with merchandising techniques, marketing strategies, and customer service best practices is essential. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
