Daytime Manager (Havertown)

Our locally owned uniform company has served the public safety, medical, and hospitality industries for over 30 years and we are looking for a enthusiastic candidate to join our team. This position requires assisting customers in our store and on the phone with all their uniform requirements including fitting, alteration instructions, pricing, putting out stock, taking inventory and invoicing. This is a FAST PACE, DETAIL ORIENTED environment so the ability to multitask is a must. Because our customers come from the public safety, medical, and hospitality sectors they are unique and fun to get to know and our theme is "We make our customers look great!" Candidate must be able to work 9-3 and or 11-6 during the week and 10-4 on Saturdays and we are closed on Sundays. Starting wage $18/hr DOE

YOUR ROLE The Stio Mountain Studio™ Sales Associate is responsible for providing an exceptional brand experience with customers at our newest Mountain Studio™ retail location in Breckenridge, CO, with an anticipated opening of late July / early August. Sales Associates are required to deliver an outstanding level of customer service, which includes but is not limited to knowledge of the brand story and product, customer engagement, and selling. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Join our team in Breckenridge with enthusiasm ready to create a welcoming space for the community and our customers Provide a welcoming retail store experience to our customers, excited to be part of our customer-facing team Maintain visual store aesthetic through organizing displays, mannequin changes, routine cleaning and general tidying of the floor Receive inventory shipments, restocking inventory on the sales floor, and maintaining an organized back-stock Other operational duties including answering phones and fulfilling customer service shipments Provide knowledgeable and up to date details of Stio products, sales, and pricing Utilize Point of Sale system to accurately and efficiently process customer transactions; payments, refunds/exchanges and gift cards This role may have keyholder responsibilities including opening and closing the store, handling alarms, cash management, and ensuring the store is secure. PHG needs reps to INSTALL  2 Cleaning Solution Dispensers in the Planet Fitness stores in MA/VT/NH during the Week of 8/18 - or some possibly week of 8/25.  Monday Through Friday 9am to 5 pm. Pay is $25 per hour onsite and mileage can be discussed at scheduling based on distance. Takes approx. 1.5 hours per location.  Store schedule will need to be provided to client once scheduled. Tools required: Cordless Drill with all bit types including concrete and basic hand tools Reporting Required to be completed in client app with photos. And hours also reported online at PHG site for pay processing. Full instruction for install and reporting will be provided. There are multiple locations in MA/NH/VT - full list can be provided at scheduling to best fit your geographic location for possible additional stores.
