Join Our Team at Hot Licks - The Premier Gourmet Fiery Food Store in located in San Diego's beautiful Seaport Village. Are you hot sauce aficionado who enjoys being a part of a like-minded team, enjoy interacting with people in a busy environment and have leadership skills? Hot Licks is interviewing dynamic and experienced supervisors for a part to full-time position. Hot Licks is a people-oriented work environment in a specialty retail store. Competitive pay, based on experience and work history, plus tips. Your position: Provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate exemplary sales techniques and work habits. Foster positive interactions with customers. Requirements: Availability on Saturday and Sunday 6 - 8 hr. shifts. Previous experience in retail is preferred but not required. A self-starter who thrives in a busy retail setting. Note - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. High School Diploma or Equivalent, 18 years or older. Hot Licks carries extreme heat products and require a waiver on some products. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with background music. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen to customers and employees. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; occasionally required to climb ladder or stoop to stock or pick up products. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
