Role Overview We are seeking a thoughtful, highly organized and commited Operations Coordinator to join our close knit but ambitious LA based team. This role keeps our studio, production, and fulfillment running seamlessly. You will bridge wholesale, e-commerce, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure, with a talent for logistics and a love for detail. Key Responsibilities Manage order fulfillment for both DTC and wholesale: order upload, shipping documents, packaging, and brand-standard quality control. Communicate daily with production team; track inventory across studio and warehouse. Prepare and coordinate production materials: fabrics, trims, packaging supplies, and notions. Audit and track all shipping invoices and courier costs. Handle customer service inquiries including exchanges, repairs, and returns, ensuring a luxury-level experience. Execute seasonal product uploads to Shopify and coordinate flat-lay product shots and sample tracking. Conduct weekly website audits for copy, imagery, and functionality. Assist with scheduling, setup, and breakdown for market weeks, client appointments, and special events. Maintain a beautifully organized studio space, including supply inventory and vendor scheduling. Support press and influencer pulls, maintain contact databases, and track timely product returns. Assist the Creative Director with logistics for editorial and e-commerce shoots as needed. Requirements Access to a car and valid driver’s license. 3+ years’ experience in operations, logistics, or studio management within fashion or a related field. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; tech-savvy with excellent email etiquette. Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive, team-oriented attitude; “no task too big or too small” mindset. Preferred Qualifications Shopify experience. Social Medial experience. Advanced Excel skills. Previous luxury retail or wholesale experience. Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop proficiency.
