About Us We are a growing children’s entertainment and event services company in New York, creating unforgettable experiences for birthdays, school events, block parties, and family celebrations. While our entertainers bring the fun, our behind-the-scenes team makes the magic possible. We are looking for a Back-of-House Event Support Staff Member who is reliable, organized, and ready to help keep our events running smoothly. Responsibilities Prepare and organize event materials (costumes, props, supplies, equipment) Assist with loading/unloading, transporting, and setting up equipment at event locations Maintain inventory of supplies and report when restocking is needed Keep storage and work areas clean, safe, and organized Provide logistical support to entertainers and event coordinators Occasionally assist with basic event tasks as needed Requirements Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 40 lbs) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Valid driver’s license (Required) Comfortable working evenings and weekends when events are scheduled Must be based in NYC or nearby areas Job Details Part-time/Full-time Flexible schedule, with most hours around weekends and event prep times Pay: $17 – $21/hour (based on experience) Opportunity for growth within the company How to Apply If you’re organized, reliable, and enjoy being the behind-the-scenes hero that makes events possible, we’d love to hear from you!
