Position Overview: We are looking for a process driven individual who enjoys identifying data trends within a robust environment to improve operational efficiency. Our data analyst will report to our VP of IT and will assist in retrieving and gathering data, organizing it and using it to reach meaningful conclusions. Requirements Qualifications: The following qualifications and responsibilities serve as a position overview and are not exhaustive. Employees are expected to be team players and may take on additional tasks as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field  1-3 years of experience in a data analytics or related field Advanced Excel skills Solid foundation of database design and experience writing SQL queries for reporting Experience with one or more of the leading Business Intelligence tools, with a preference for direct experience with Tableau Intermediate understanding of Python and its data capabilities (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, and PyTorch) Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebook or JupyterLab for data analysis and documentation Positive attitude, high energy, and excellent communication skills are essential. Must be organized, self-motivated, take initiative, and be solution-oriented.
